Hands-On Mini Classes
Our main series cooking classes, which combine a thorough examination of a regional cuisine with a fine dining experience, will resume in July. Two hands-on mini-classes in June will focus on a single subject, start earlier in the evening and finish up by 8:00.
Thursday, June 24, 6:30 – 8:00
Tamales are the ultimate festive food in Mexico and a tamalada is a traditional casual party built around filling, wrapping – and eating tamales. You will learn about preparing masa, sweet and savory fillings, regional variations on shapes and wrappers and customary food and beverage accompaniments. Class size is limited, so book early.
