Yuzu Dressing

Yuzu Vinaigrette

8 tbls tamari or shoyu
4 tbls yuzu juice
2 tbls sesame oil
1 nub of ginger
1 tsp honey
2-3 tbls water
1 tsp white sesame seeds

Peel and grate ginger and set in medium size mixing bowl
Measure and add all ingredients except the water
Whisk ingredients together until emulsified, add water as needed to desired consistency
Perfect for a light salad, on soba noodles or as a dip for fresh vegetables
