Unlike most balsamic glazes, this one has no starchy thickeners or added sugars – its luscious texture and rich taste come from just two ingredients: 90% organic cooked grape must and 10% organic wine vinegar. Use in vinaigrettes, marinades, as a finishing drizzle on salads, or hot plates – or on strawberries and ice cream along with a grinding of black peppercorn.
