
Cajun/Creole Spice
A distinctive, peppery blend of ground chilis, peppercorns, herbs and spices traditional to the Gulf coast and Latin America. Use as a dry rub for poultry, meat or seafood before grilling, barbecuing or pan-frying. For blacken fish or chicken, coat it well and pan-fry in butter the browned butter and the spice mix combine to create the blackened look and unique flavour of this New Orleans favourite. Ingredients: sea salt, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme & red chili flakes. (no anticaking agent added).
