Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes) are made from a seedless chili with a sweeter flavor and nicer mouthfeel than ordinary chili flakes. Gochugaru is a great way to amp up heat and a chile flavor without too much spice. Pairs well with poultry, seafood and meats.
