These prized and geographically protected peppercorns are grown in Cambodia's verdant southwest. Handpicked when ripe red, the berries are hulled, then sun-dried. The flavour is clean and toasty (none of the funkiness of typical white pepper) with lemony, coriander seed notes. Amazing with fish, greens, cheese, mashed potatoes, creamy sauces.
