These prized, geographically protected peppercorns are grown in the ideal conditions of Cambodia's Kampot Province. Picked just as they turn from dark green to yellow in their transition to red ripeness, they are sun-dried to develop a robust black pepper intensity overlaid with complex floral and caramelized fruit notes. A lovely finish for everything!
