
Peppercorns Whole, Green, Organic
Green peppercorns are rich in vitamin C and K, which are powerful antioxidants and can help in lowering the concentration of free radicals and reduce the risks associated with free-radical damage. Green peppercorns are simply unripe black peppercorns. They have a mild peppery flavour and a bright aroma. Great with scrambled eggs and stir-fries. They aren't terribly strong tasting so they go well in more delicately flavoured food such as chicken and fish. Also good in creamy sauces – try deglazing your steak pan with brandy, cream, tarragon and green pepper.
