These prized and geographically protected Cambodian peppercorns are grown in the ideal conditions of Kampot Province. Handpicked at red ripeness, then sun-dried to a deep mahogany, the flavour is bright, intense, pleasantly resinous, with date and tamarind notes, and a hint of the sweet smokiness of blowtorched sugar.
