Aai’s Malvani Gravy carries an heirloom recipe passed down to Chef Tushar from his mother. This Indian sauce is curated with caramelized onions, grated and roasted coconut, slow cooked with freshly ground herbs and spices from the sleepy coastal town of Malvan – creating a deliciously aromatic gravy for your protein or veggies to be simmered in gently. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime, serve over a bowl of rice or soak up with some bread. Think palm trees and sunsets on the beach in Southern India.
