This is the original Blue Top sauce aka the "Not Hot" sauce. It's a smooth blend of lemon and black pepper with a hint of honey inspired by street truck style recipes. The non spicy flavour is over the top! We think of it as a new condiment. Take it for a spin and top anything with it.
