
Cocoa Nibs
Cocoa nibs are fermented, dried, roasted and crushed cocoa beans. They are softly crunchy and delicious as a snack, in baked desserts, in or on ice creams, and so on, but they are also a wonderful savoury ingredient with robustly flavoured meats, in particular, but even in salads. They are extremely healthy, with lots of anti-oxidant properties.
