This extra-long traditional spaghetti is draped over wooden canes and slowly dried for a better al dente texture and a very pleasurable eating experience. Favuzzi's artisanal Ligurian pastas use only pure spring water and locally grown durum semolina and are shaped with traditional bronze dies, which impart a slightly rough surface that helps sauces stick.
