This high-quality toasted nori (yakinori) is equivalent to that served in very good sushi restaurants tender and flavourful. Use it to wrap sushi and onigiri, and shredded, as a garnish, particularly on chirashizushi ("scattered" sushi). Package contains 10 sheets: A full sheet is cut in half to make two typical sushi rolls (makizushi, norimaki), two cones (temaki) or, left whole, one big fat sushi roll (futomaki). Cut in strips to make nigirizushi. Nori is high in protein, fibre, iron and vitamins A, B and K.
