This is the classic Jamaican flavour sort of like a tropical steak sauce in that it is thick, sweet and tangy, a little bit spicy. All natural, barrel-aged and made with cane vinegar, sugar, tomatoes, onions, raisins, sea salt, ginger, peppers, garlic, cloves, black pepper, thyme, mangos, and orange peel.

Hot Sauce is a traditional Jamaican condiment made from specially selected, sun-ripened tomatoes and scotch bonnet peppers. This mild yet flavourful sauce has a unique blend of Caribbean spices that provide just the right amount of heat and a zesty taste.
