
Sichuan Tingly Spice
Our Sichuan Tingly Spice is a wonderful combination of Ma (Sichuan Peppercorns) and La (Dried Chiles) with Ma traditionally known for it’s numbing effects and La known for its spice. Our Sichuan Rub is a delicate balance enhanced with the flavors and sensations of Western China. Strong notes of Cumin are combined with ground ginger, garlic, chiles and of course, Sichuan Peppercorns to provide a flavor punch that both enhances meats, vegetables and dips while also providing a unique numbing sensation that only Sichuan flavors can provide.
