Shipping & FAQs


We ship across Canada using Canada Post. For orders outside of Canada, please contact

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on delivery address and weight of products.
  • We may take up to 48 hours to confirm product availability, and will email you once your order is confirmed. shares inventory with the physical storefronts, which can result in variances in inventory availability.
  • If the inventory is not available, you will be notified and refunded the complete amount.
  • Orders within Vancouver will usually arrive in 1-3 business  days. Orders within Canada will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Details above are estimates and accurate details will be provided at checkout.  


Free in-store pick up is available from Granville Island Market in Vancouver: 1689 Johnston Street, #125.

  • Please select pickup at checkout. 
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • If the inventory is not available, you will be notified and refunded the complete amount.


We will accept returns for up to 14 days after purchase with the following exceptions and conditions.

  • We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
  • To be eligible tor return and refund, returnable item(s) must be unopened, in perfect condition and in original packaging.
  • If you wish to return an item because it arrived damaged, you must notify us at
  • within 24 hours of delivery so that we may make a claim with the carrier. Refund claims for damaged items will not be considered outside of this timeframe.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will also be responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item to us - unless you have received the wrong item(s) due to our error, in which case we will cover both your shipping costs and the shipping costs for sending out the correct replacement item(s).
  • Returns and refunds will only be granted if pre-authorized by us. To initiate a claim, send an email to providing your contact information and the reason for the claim. If your claim is valid in accordance with the policies outlined above we will authorize it and provide you with your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns that we have not pre-authorized will not be accepted.
