The alcohol is not cooked out of the bourbon so the sauce still has a distinct Bourbon edge. Smokin' Dragon Kentucky Bourbon BBQ sauce has great heat and has a wonderful acidity that compliments many types of meat and poultry. May also be used as a finishing sauce.
